A world with no time limit or sense of organization. There is no way it would work, I mean how would you determine pay… Just a salary? From whenever you feel like it to whenever you feel like it? So you could just drive to work… Stand there do nothing and leave and walk away with the same amount you would if you actually did something? Setting up appointments would be impossible… You would be scheduled to go into a surgery that you need pronto for a heart transplant, you miss it because you thought they said when the suns just rising, but they meant when the sun sets next after the phone call.
